I don't think the other chars were updated the released date within the archive are the same as the old release
i like HiroHiro's characters. i remmeber back when i had his Orochi Benimaru. really digging his Iori, and his Haohmaru is one of my favorite charactershaven't really found any glitches up to this point

The energy columns don't go high enough for Iori.Also, I can't seem to pull off the qcb,hcf,b,f + punches super for Orochi Iori.Kyo plays more like XI than 03.
the 03 could be more of a reference to his spriteset, rather than gameplay?for OIori: that move you can't do is to be performed during QCF,QCB + X/Y. OIori jumps on the mid-air opponent, slams their head into the floor, then boom-when at max health, turning Orochi takes away no life, but have anything below a full lifebar and it does
Iori isn't so bad, but some velocities and timings feel off.Why did he invert ABXY on Kyo2k3, that's a mystery.Benimaru still needs work IMO :

Kyo's d df f p x2 hcb k doesnt juggle in the corner after his d df f kk making it slighty useless imho. His ldm doesnt juggle as well it does in kof 03, but damn its nice to see the whole string return in all of its awesome glory. Stuff like his stand alone hcb k moves wouldnt hurt as well as maybe his lift off the ground hcb k followup to the d df f p hcb p chain. Ive also become pretty attached to dream cancels...
