Well, while I am a tad away from Mugen and BOR, I continued to study 3D, something I really like.
I plan to use this skill on mugen/OpenBOR content soon.

Let me show some of the works:

Some comissioned works and personal tests I've been doing:

100% 3D - no photo used on this piece.
The text says "On the way to Hexa (championship)", because Brazil won 5 times the World Cup.

The first two are really impressive given how realistic the ball and the book looks. Truly magnificent stuff. The cup at the right of the book looks weird in the edges thought.

It's that, since there are like mini-bumps in the Piggies' surface, the texture makes it look more realistic :)

yeah, to simulate "clay" (I don't know the right word in english). Clay is almost never regular, and the oven (where the pieces are burnt) tend to create those imperfections.
All the textures on those pigs are totally procedural, made from scratch, not image textures.

Baked "clay" material tends to have an opaque reflection and if you apply light it could look shiny depending of the clay color. The texture is very nicely accomplished considering this :)

Some more work to show. All the images are out for sale, if anyone needs it.

Wood toy train
The wood material is not an texture, but a procedural texture. so, I can render this image as big as the client needs it.

http://photodune.net/item/wood-toy-train/5456376

Wood Toy Helicopter isolated on White Background
Again, procedural wood (and steel) materials

http://photodune.net/item/cute-wood-toy-helicopter-isolated-on-white-background/5467602

http://photodune.net/item/wood-toy-helicopter-isolated-on-white-background/5467592

http://photodune.net/item/wood-toy-helicopter-isolated-on-white-background/5467596

PS: I hope I don't break any rule by posting the image links. My goal here is more to show my work then to sell it (but, sure, I would be happy).
If this is not legal, just let me know and i will remove the links.

Nothing too fancy, just making some tests with fractals, for a future work on Mugen with that.
95% done in Cinema 4D, just color corrections and minor stuff done on Photoshop.
