The PC-98 has a strange resolution where the pixels are kind of 1x2 (1 width 2 height).

I resized them with mugen with
xscale = .5
yscale = .5
to make them look like in the sourcegame.

And AFAIK this kind of resizing is not possible with older mugen versions.

Thats why they are in the 1.0 section

Same goes for the Valkyrie - The Power Beauties stages:

I have to move the thread to this section I guess, but it was started in older mugen since my first try with those stages was for older mugen. (You can see a comparison graficwise in the thread)

Your right. That IS a 1.0 feature. I can see the difference in that comparison too. Sprites are smoother in the new versions. Strange games with strange resolutions....
