The title explains the whole concept, but to more specific, there maybe some who have other ideas that aren't MUGEN related, so maybe a board in all that's left or whatever maybe a good place for those ideas.If has been suggested before, my apologies.
Name an example in which "All That's Left" is not a good place to post it and requires a specific section.
