I'm surpriced no one has tried something like this before, considering KOF XIII's amazing colour seperation.
I've made a bunch of colourfull CVS styled palettes for a BUNCH of KOF XIII characters:

Yes they do, but which version of the characters are specified in the readme and the def files included in the pack. The def files will tell you which version of that character you need. Thanks for asking. :)

These palettes are awesome! I'm seriously thinking about downloading these characters just so I can use these palettes, especially Maxima with that Ironman palette.

The thing is when making palettes is that I always want to avoid making random coloured palettes. I always want them to resemble something a character might have worn or someone simhilair to them. That's why characters like Mai and Mr.Karate are difficult, altough Ryo has had lots of costumes in his time. XD

Athena however was by far the most fun to make palettes for, and her Athena: Awakening from ordinary life palettes are my favourites since that game tried to take a serious approach towards Athena and how she got her powers, and the consequences when you have powers that could go out of control.
