Is there a program that can make charters with pngs btms or jpg? And easy to do



I wanna make a pichu charater (yes sprite swap of pikachu but a decent one with new things added like looses health when attacking with electric)

No. Because FF3 isn't out yet and the older version of the sff file only uses PCX. You have to use PCX.

You can use PNG if you're willing to use the commandline to make your sff file.

And how do I put pngs in it
