A good program for changing color maps in muiltiple files?

If anyone had to CS before, then this is a very common problem. I need a program that allows me to select the color map of one image, and make it so that other images have this same color map. I know that Graphics Gale can do this, in fact I've done this in Graphics Gale before, but it only does it for PNG files. I need a converter for PCX files, if one is available.

Irfanview. Should do a lot of stuff.
Photoshop can batch convert, and with actions you should be able to switch to index-custom palette.

I have infanview, but I didn't know about photoshop. I'll try photoshop and see if it works. Thanks!
