(In case you're an ignorant, like me, learn more about gfy format here)It sounds nice ... for posts. But for Avatars/Sigs, it seem unnecessary that people would have to resort to online file compression. It'd save bandwidth for the imagehost (like Photobucket for example) but it'd still mean you'd need to download full files from GFY's server, which would work against mobile users with limited data plans.
