i hav sum sprites of evil ryu when he is performing his misogi(wen he disappears and delivers a chop from the heavens).the thing is i wanna give that attack to my favorite char god ken. what steps can i take to accomplish this even tho i'm a beginner?

Ie get confused.

Reading the docs will NOT take you that far in your initial learning stages. It's fine after you have the basics but for starters look at some other characters and try and work out yourself why they do what they do. Reading a tutorial or so while you do this will be pretty helpful.

Most of us started out by trying something. Generally by mangling another character that wasn't our own.

can you copy the command from ryu to ken and then just change the animations?

that probably wont work but im just throwing ideas at ya
