Adding on Palette?

Hey all,

I was wondering if yo can tell me how to add on new palette to the characters.  Do you need like a specific program to do, such as fighter factory, so or can you just do so by changing the chars def file?

  • Somebody PM when Caddie is no longer a mod.
Def file if you are adding one, making one needs gimp or photoshop. Or you can make one with Fighter Factory.
