Can anyone help me make palettes using Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 or GIMP 2?
Yo dog I herd yo and yo dog liked yoyos so we put yo dog in a yoyo so yo can yoyo yo dog while yo dog yoyos dog.

Too general. How much do you know already? I suggest playing round with photoshop and the gimp to the extent where you can get a pallete that doesn't work. Or at least reduce your colour depth.

the gimp and gimp two are a little different. i hav gimp 2 and photoshop, and i dont think you can create palettes on gimp. photoshop i know you can though.
