Hiya.  While playing with Destrudo Ryu, I noticed that sum of his variables could b edited. Only problem is that it seems everything is n this jibberish of a language.  Does anyone know how to read/translate this at all?

It appears so. You need to download the Japanese language pack. Nobody can read that as-is.
