Seeing more than one person asked for this I went ahead and uploaded stuff, so here you have them. Enjoy.

UPDATE LIST:
- Updated to Mugen 1.0 standards
- Added victory quotes. A few characters could've used more work on them though :X
- AI's now scale according to the Options setting, so feel free to steam roll over them in low settings
- Some individual character fixes and tweaks, should be covered in their respective readmes
- Air fall recovery now allows more steering, to prevent some corner lockdown
- Several normal moves that animate like uppercuts (e.g. Ryu close standing fierce) now force P2 to stand up when they connect
- Revised some maximum life constants, making them rounder numbers in SF4 fashion
- Opponents can't tech throws if they're thrown out of a normal attack
- Fixed jump startup of some characters, easier to short jump now
- Now using the superior SF3 Super Finish sound. The BGM is also disabled while it plays
- Full-screen effects are compatible with widescreen

Guy, Ryu, Shin Gouki, Lei-Lei, Dan, Morrigan, Sakura and Vega:
- The opponent can no longer air fall recover out of so many combos, making their juggles now rely mostly on points
- Tightened cancel and super cancel timings so they're less chaotic. If this makes the characters less fun I can change it back though
- Zero Counters cost two levels and are performed with a dragon punch motion

Yuri and Nash:
- Juggling system no longer relies on whether or not P2 can fall recover, e.g. Nash can't keep air throwing them until they decide to recover

Hey P.o.t.S since you didn't mention it I gotta ask, winmugen version got updated too ?

Thanks for the update, PotS

First minor bug, Kei instantly runs away after Sakura's Shun Goku Satsu Super Finish instead of standing there for moment and then running away.

Edit: Strange, I checked the old mugen version and the same bug is there, and i remember that Kei stands there for the moment before running.

Also, during the Sakura vs. Karin intro, the helicopter sounds just stop, but that just probably one of the engine bugs in the mugen 1.0.

Must've messed up somewhere along the way because I never intended to remove that. Fixed and reuploaded, but you can just get this file. Even made it happen all the time instead of just on KO

Yeah, Mugen 1.0 doesn't loop sounds yet.

This might be a new design choice for the website, but the black background and blue gradient are gone.  If it is a new design choice, no offense but it's a bad one.

Otherwise...   Time to fix up all my palettes again, I guess. --;

EDIT:  Karin and Geese's entrances in Team mode, where they jump in from off-screen, are busted; they just appear out of nowhere when landing.

Nice updates all around. A few less characters I'll have to add win quotes for now. Its also great to see someone else taking full advantage of the AIlevel trigger. The character's all scale in difficulty nicely (though being used to the AI patches from the likes of misobon_ism and Ptan makes fighting your level 8 feel like noob-training in comparison :P).

BTW, there's a typo in Cammy's victory quote 11:

Bah don't take out your palette frustratrions on the site haha, can't go wrong with white BG. Old palettes should work fine.

Seems to only happen on P1's side, weird. Maybe Elecbyte sneaked a change in there...

There's a Sctrl to choose your win quote, so it's easy to set them according to the enemy (check state 180).

I tried Ryu but I just got this.

Only fixed a Vega bug that made Mugen hang. Which reminds me I didn't get around to fixing that for 1.0 ffs. :omg:

I added one but the resolution came out awful, so will wait until there's more support or documentation on them.

I tried Ryu but I just got this.
And I was definitely using Mugen 1.0.
May be an older version of 1.0, it's up to RC6 now.

Sorry, that'd take a long time to explain. :knife: You can basically copy what's done with Ryu though.
