All My Chars Updated

All my chars updated today, April 9 - Chargin' Chuck to V2.3, Garfield to V2.1 and Cool Spot to V1.1.

Updates:

Chargin' Chuck
--------------
-modified Monty Mole's anims and coding
-modified the anim and coding of Chucky's Jumping Baseball Throw
-set ownpal = 1 for all helpers
-more tweaking

Garfield
--------
-added an alternative BP
-added a Hyper Portrait
-more tweaking   

Cool Spot
---------
-added a Hyper Portrait
-changed the 6th pallette to a "Gold" pallette
-slightly modified the Super Coin Drop
-fixed an infinite with the Spot Roll
-more tweaking
