Ok, first thing's first.

You need to use punctuation otherwise it's really hard to understand what you are trying to say.

Second, the request section is for requesting existing creations only. Not ask someone to make them for you.

Hope that clears it up.

well  I don't see any other specific category this would fall under and I am not the best typer fyi I make alot of mistakes but I don't really care  but, anyway  I have too many things to do and I don't have time to even learn how to make mugen characters  that's why I am trying to find some people to make them that actually have alot of time.  I have way too many vid requests and Ideas to do and got too many people on my back for alot of different things  plus  trying to search for a second job since my hours got cut. I know it takes alot of time to make a character which time I don't really have for it.that's why I am trying to find someone to take on the projects even if it's only one but the more  the better.whoever makes it  can put their name in the files for credit if they want to. I am paitient most of the time and don't really care how long I have to wait as long as a person or persons are working on them when they can and feel like it. I'm not forcing anybody to do them. I only want them to do it if they decide to do it of their own free will if they want. no matter what the odds are of that happening but it doesn't hurt to ask tho.

When asking for help in development you should post this either in Development Help, Idea Engineering or Projects. In your case I would post this in Idea Engineering seeing as you're not sure if someone will help you yet.

that's not the right pink ranger   I mean one that morphs into pink ranger at intro and stays morphed where it plays like the red ranger  that is one that I need done  not the link above

sorry   I know he is trying to help   I was stating a sentence is all  I'm not mad or anything  I was just telling him it was not the one I am looking for. that's all and I am thankful  I'm just stating it's not the one I am trying to get.

wait a minute  how did my first thing get edited?  I didn't make any edits to the first post  what the heck?  maybe it's some kind of glitch or something because the rest of the post is not there that was there before.

asked to be made? against the rules  that's weird.  the super forms I am talking about to be made is just recolors of at least 5 characters  not really making the sprites. I'm just talking about recoloring them for super modes is all.

For recolours you can try asking in a palette release topic if the author is willing to do some for you.

Otherwise, don't ask for content to be made for you here. That's not what the request section is for.
