It's so the character's default palettes aren't chosen without making a conscious error.
This is very good overall. He needs some pals... Hopefully someone will make some for him in the near future. There's a few things I noticed though off hand...-Size distortion in his idle stance with his left(our right) leg. Along with what seems to be a misplaced pixel/wrong color sharing for his left(our right) hand during the first parts of his idle stance.-There's also some size distortion for his kicking leg during s.HK.Looks great overall. Very nice job. JZ can use this for his updates for Andy.
