I know that is possible to add an angle of display of charachter with the state "Angleset"...

Does exist something that allows me to do it directly on explods?

unfortunately that is not possible in versions of M.U.G.E.N -1.0
this option is only available in M.U.G.E.N 1.1,Mugen 1.1 is currently in closed alpha testing  :'(
