Announcer Voice when Selecting a Character

When selecting your character, it'd be pretty nice to hear an announcer call out the character's name.

I'm not really sure if this is possible but, is there anyway for this to work?

I'm pretty sure that's not possible, because the select character sound can only use one specific sound location to be in use.

Also, I think this belongs to Development Help.
