so the great idea this year was to turn the forum into a spanish speaking forum by changing the logo, moving the spanish thread and allowing people to speak spanish. but didn't bother to translate the section names/descriptions

True multiculturalism takes time. As much as we want to embrace the latino community, we don't want to isolate our english speaking members either. So we decided to ease into the transition.

Multiculturalismo verdadero toma tiempo. Por mucho que nos quieren abrazar la comunidad latina, no queremos aislar a nuestros miembros que hablan inglés bien. Así que decidimos facilidad en la transición.

Jajaja, es el primer April's Fool en el que no tengo problemas para adaptarme, y supongo que los portugueses no tendran problemas siguiendo el español ya que es un poco similar.

Ademas, ya veo que habeis cambiado todo para que sea español. Pero por lo que veo, apenas hay gente que colabora para este April's Fool, lo que es una pena.

Definitivamente, lo de "le" no fue gracioso. El problema es que esto tampoco es tan gracioso, aunque no es tan pesado como el otro. Falta colaboracion de otras personas. El otro atrajo mucha gente que comenzó a postear como si estuvieran en 4chan.

Y sí, se español, aunque creia que esa bandera de España debajo de mi avatar era bastante obvia como para indicarlo LOL.

Y desde cuando Feedback se traduce como Retroalimentacion?

He retocado el post, ya que parece ser que o bien no se como se hace lo de Youtube o bien no le gusta esas notas musicales.

Y para Iced, queda mejor poner Gremio de Luchadores, no Peleadores. Ademas, en este caso Feedback sería algo como Comentarios, para que sea mas correcto. Retroalimentacion lo he visto usarse en el concepto de anatomia humana.

Eh... this is just going to turn into poor attempts at speaking spanish and making stupid jokes about it. Would have been nice if you brought back like posting hell and made it like a prison for bad posters like Celest and Duckass, make them think they're banned from the rest of the forum until they learn to post well in Posting Hell, which of course would be impossible with all the random threads that would be made there. Last year's was funner even as we were able to stop posting seriously for a day.

Bolívar venía, como siempre, hecho una llama desde el Caribe cruzando los Andes desde Caracas a Boyacá, a Bogotá, a Carabobo luego hacia el Sur a consolidar a abrirle caminos a la idea grandiosa de conformar en esta parte del mundo, un bloque de Repúblicas, como diría él: «Para nosotros la patria es la América, la América Meridional», y aquí llegó después de largos caminos y aquí recibió el influjo de San Martín el libertador, el protector y el visionario y juntos soñaron aquí con la patria grande, con la patria unida ¡Con esta América Latinocaribeña! ciento ochenta años después hemos llegado nosotros diminutos, minúsculos ante el tamaño de estos gigantes de nuestra historia, de nuestras revoluciones de independencia. Y ante nosotros diminutos seguidores de estos gigantes, sin embargo el compromiso ¡nuestro de hoy! se a agigantado cuando lo comparamos con el compromiso de hace ciento ochenta años, sí en aquél entonces se abría un camino, luego ese camino se cerró el camino de Bolívar y el camino de San Martín cayeron en la frustración, Bolívar lo dijo en Santa Marta ocho años después del encuentro de acá allá frente al Caribe dijo: «He arado en el mar» y el sueño de la América se hundió y henos aquí hoy, ciento ochenta años después dominados, empobrecidos, fracturados y muy lejos del sueño aquél de Bolívar y de San Martín del sueño de Guayaquil.

Nos ha costado ustedes ya lo saben, algunos sinsabores, hace apenas tres meses una emboscada de privilegiados trato de asesinar ese sueño, hace tres meses una emboscada de los privilegiados de la historia, de los que han traicionado desde hace mucho tiempo el sueño de los pueblos de América Latina, trato de darle un zarpazo mortal a la revolución pacifica y democrática que ha tomado el pueblo como bandera, no pudieron hacerlo, se impuso el coraje de un pueblo, el pueblo de Bolívar, del pueblo que sueña con esta integración Latinoamericana que permítanme decirle como le he manifestado muchas veces a mis colegas Presidentes en muchas cumbres, en muchas reuniones, y ahora aquí a la orilla de este inmenso río Guaya delante de todos ustedes, feliz como estoy, emocionado como estoy lo repito, la integración plena de América del Sur no es sólo una posibilidad, no puede ser un sueño es una obligación, o nosotros nos unimos de verdad o nosotros nos hundimos de verdad, no tenemos alternativa, por eso hoy ciento ochenta años después les decimos, señores Generales Bolívar y San Martín libertadores de nuestros pueblos, luchadores por la patria grande aquí estamos nosotros humildes, chiquititos ante ustedes pero dispuestos a asumir junto a los colosos Suramericanos que son nuestros pueblos la tarea gigantesca de que este siglo veintiuno que comienza, sea el siglo de verdad para los pueblos de la América Latinoamericana, de la América Latina, de la América Caribeña el siglo de la igualdad, el siglo de la justicia como diría Bolívar, para todos este pensamiento bolivariano que es un reto y termino estas palabras obligado a la brevedad por respeto a todos, pero con ganas de decir, un millón de cosas las voy a resumir en unas cortas palabras de Bolívar a ciento ochenta años y además voy hacer publica la invitación que le he hecho a mis colegas Presidentes para que dentro de veinte años volvamos aquí, todos a conmemorar el bicentenario del encuentro de Bolívar y San Martín, pero dentro de veinte años la historia ha debido cambiar, dentro de veinte años esta América nuestra debe estar ya enrumbada por los caminos que ellos visualizaron y por los caminos que ellos señalaron, termino con Bolívar diciendo con todo mi amor y a nombre del pueblo latinoamericano con un gran abrazo al pueblo Ecuatoriano y a los pueblos de este continente Suramericano, hagamos triunfar la justicia y triunfara la libertad, que Dios ilumine para siempre a los pueblos de nuestra América. es por tus comentarios racistas, los tolerantes no toleramos a los intolerantes, lo cual nos volveria intolerantes y por lo tanto no nos tolerariamos, pero al dejar de ser tolerantes no aplica la regla.

Para aquellos aquí avidos collecionístas de relíquias, pues vendo una tostadora del año de la cáscara.

Necesíto urgentemente salir de ella porque esta quemando la pared y prácticamente toda la cocina y una porción de el salón de comedor.

No me he atrevido a desenchufarla desde que puse unos Pop-Tarts sabor "Chile Endemoniado" a tostarse el fín de semana pasado.

Les juro por la virgencita santísima de la caridad del cobre que empezaba a darse un olor fuertísimo a sulfuro y azufre cuando me aproximé a la

cocina y ví salír de la tostadora al mismísimo demonio Glasya-Labolas que con un ruído infernal me gritó....

I admit, the only espanol I know is from dos anos of high school classes, forever ago. Luckily, Google translate can fill in the gaps well enough (I assume). But at least I'm making an effort, unlike SOME people.

This was an alright change this year. It would have been cool to have something like 2011 where you put up bullshit rules and restrict users a lot, we got a lot of new active users since that April Fool's so it would have been fun to see how many fell for it this time. Last year's was good also as it was fun to just bullshit that day with stupid rage faces. This year though the joke really wasn't noticeable at all, you have a few things with spanish titles and names but that's about it, it's not really that different than what the forum normally is.

The page title is back to "The Mugen Fighters Guild - [Topic title]" in full, wasn't it shortened to "MFG - [Whatever]" at some point ? And it came back after the April's Fool was reverted ? It's a bit of a pain when all your tabs start with a long prefix and you can't tell them apart at a glance.

... What ? Yes I do, why ? I'm talking about multiple tabs of the forum. Multiple topics, multiple sections. Same favicon. What I'm saying is, it's also the same huge title. Before the April's Fool, it was shorted to MFG - Title, so you could actually see the beginning of the title and tell the tabs apart.
