Anyone ever hear about Knuckle Fighter Alpha?

Supposedly it may be a MUGEN Full game, and the site has a list of characters in it.

I wanted to see if a character was compatible with MUGEN, so I downloaded one.
Looking inside the folder, it doesn't seem like it would be compatible:


So, what's your take on this?

Do those look like mugen files? .BMP, nope mugen doesn't read those. LST, no as well.

I'd go with completely incompatible.

However, they might have recoded MUGEN's basic system, and I've also found another thing on one of the pages on the site:

Now if they mean the game or the definition of MUGEN, which is infinity, is where I'm stumped.

different game engine. lot's of knuckel fighter guys see the mugen guys in a negative light, as several fo their original sprites have been taken whitout permission to make mugen characters.

What does キャラ mean and ヴィータ for that matter. So the word mugen is there. Maybe they're hyping similarities. Could be anything. Doesn't mean it's mugen. If they've recreated a mugen clone, well someone get the game and verify that. I can't be bothered. But if you're posting about it you could.
