There's none of them, that's very well done. Well you'll got some from Narukimugen but they're crap as hell. Also YOUKAI characters. They're fuckin broken and badly coded.

You won't expect any good "Nartuo" characters for MUGEN, except the one by Alexei/SXVector/Laharl. You can get them from mugencoder site, but it's under maintenance now.

Other than the NZC chars the others are, like Ryoucchi said, not that great. The best full size ones, in my opinion, are made by TXpot.

They are pretty balanced from what I tried. Last I played with them they could've used a few more sprites, just to warn you, but they were edits so I didn't hold that against TXpot. Hope you like!
