Misc release or not, Im not sure if something as simple as a button layout change is enough to warrant a "release". As GOH said, anyone could do it in like 30 seconds.

If this patch also fixed errors in the cmd file or a full conversion to a different number button layout (like MvC1 to MvC2) or something then that could justify its release, but if its just a simple change to button remapping at the top of the file then I just dont see it happening.
