Type Wild pretty much did all of them.

Also I have no idea what that file you uploaded is.
It's up, but I gave the file the filename of the stage, "THEME_PARK".

It's up, but I gave the file the filename of the stage, "THEME_PARK".

but whats amazing is that he turned a HIGH RES stage into low res!

personally i dont support low res stages anymore, but i must say EXCELLENT job on this.

Your bounds could be wider.   

You have: 
[mcode]boundleft      = -200
boundright     = 200[/mcode]

But the stage reaches to: 
[mcode]boundleft      = -224
boundright     = 224[/mcode]

[mcode]p1startx       = -80 
p2startx       = 80  [/mcode]

Small thing but I recommend setting these at the standard -70/70 values. 
Some character intros can look a bit off if you change the distances.

Finally, your transition between the two settings is inconsistent. 

It starts out as the plant covered version. 
Then there is a flash of black. 
Then the plant version becomes fully visible again, which is odd. 
THEN the transition from the plant version to the clean version occurs. 

But the transition from the clean version to the plant version doesn't happen the same way. 

It goes from the clean version and transitions directly to the plant version.

Yeah I used the rips from the Just No Point site. I was gonna make more of these since I also got some GGXX Slash and MBAA sprites with them. But yeah the stuff Tamez mentioned will be fixed after this post. Thanks for the feed. And hopefully I can work some sort of miracle to make the stages actually HI DEF.

You'll probably have to wait until emulation of the arcade version is somehow achieved first though.
