-Basics: 99% (throw looks weird)
-Specials: 99% (there are some problems with Heavy and EX Power Dunk)
-Unique Tactic (Heat Blow): 50%
-LVL1 Supers: 100%
-LVL3 Super: 40%

I dunno. Afterall, UT has it's own bar, which gets refilled from time to time, while TOP just uses a part of the health bar and is only activated, when the health is in the TOP area. Plus, it really is just Terry's KnockDown Attack (or how that HP+HK attack from the KOF series was called again) plus Power Dunk as follow-up... :-\

Well, SeanAltly already kind of confirmed him. In the char select, one of the silhouettes clearly looks like Terry.
I could find the matching sprite in just a second.

I'd suggest using UT for either Final Impact from the Real Bout games or something akin to Break Shot (guard breaker) from Wild Ambition.

Uhm, I think you are mixing up something. Break Shot is actually from the Real Bout series. Eitherway, I doubt that this could work out as a UT, since it actually uses power from RB's equilant of the power bar...maybe I can add it as a special ability like how some characters have air dashes...
Final Impact, on the other hand, sounds interesting, though none of the Fatal Fury games I have played seem to have that (that, or my memory plays games with me again...).

Oh. Oh yeah the guard counter think. I meant the Guard Crush move, I forgot what it was called.

Final Impact was in Dominated Mind IIRC.

A guard crushing attack? Oh, you mean Blowback Attack (the HP+HK attack, which I have accidently called Knockdown Attack). Yeah, that is actually a KOF thing, and I'm trying to make Terry as much Fatal Fury as possible...however, if there aren't any other options, then I will just go with Blowback Attack...
Also, I just google'd RBFF: Dominated Mind, and I can only say: Why didn't i knew about this game before? :gonk:
Eitherway, I also looked up, how Final Impact works. Sadly, that really seems to be just a limited Super Cancel. :-\

Use Sander 71113's Terry as reference with his EX specials, I haven't played with any Terry with EX specials, that are as good and useful as his. I'm not sure what you could give him for his UT, but, I'll ponder on it and get back with you. Anyway, good luck with everything.

Also, while I actually planed to go with XIII's EX versions for most of the specials, I could also take a look at Sander's Terry.
Eitherway, I just need to know, whenever I should make Spherical Wave/Round Wave the EX version of Power Wave...

His T.O.P. Attack is just High Angle Geyser from KOF, minus the geyser. The FF team was obviously comfortable with bringing that over, so it's not really a big deal.

KOF XIII would also be a good reference with EX moves (although adjustments should be made to account for the fact that they take a whole bar of super rather than half)

Uhm...Blowback is the guard break attack. I thought we agreed that Break Shot is the guard cancel one. Or am I missing something? :gonkgoi:

Also, if I should make Power Wave XIII-styled as well, then it means that I have to make Spherical Wave the Strong version of Power Wave again...actually a good idea, since it was like that all the time.
...yeah, I guess I will do it that way then.

Its. NOT. the. Guard. Cancel. Attack. For gods sakes man. Wild Ambition has. A move. For all chars. That takes meter off. To break through opponent's guard (IIRC)

Further note, it was called Heat Blow.

"* Heat Blow (unblockable) = when POW meter is full, ABC

  - NOTE: Heat Blow is a totally unblockable attack that often sets up a
          Juggle or Stun combo on a successful hit. Heat Blow can only be
          performed with a full POW meter, and if used, will almost
          completely empty out the POW meter immediately afterwards
          to Danger level."

Okay, if that would become the UT, then the UT bar have to be fully depleted then after a Heat Blow. None of the UTs do that... :-\
