According to Italian news orginization Adnkronos the patriarch of the Ethopian Orthodox Church has travelled to Rome to speak with the Pope reguarding the news that he will publicly announce on Friday, June 26 2009 that the lost "Ark of the Covenant" has been in in their churches possession all this time and that the time has come for it to be revealed to all the world.

What do you think about this?
Is there anybody here that lives in Italy that can confirm any of this?
This story is starting to make it into several mainstream news sources.

I myself was hoping for something along the lines of "Raiders of the Lost Ark".

That's fantasy boy, nothing like that would be real, even the new movie Indy did, it was really cool and using Russians was interesting and the whole alien in ancient America rocked but they're just interesting plot twists that do entertain which is the main point after all.

I'm positive though that we're in the Guyver theory right about now. Theorist and all religions including some hypothetical historians and some scientist believe we were brought here or influenced by space men  :o

Wikipedia says that, on the 26, the Patriarch annouced that the Ark was not ready yet to be unveiled. probably the reason why nothing bigger appeared on the media
