Damn has been a while since I have seen a Mast-Chen character am currently downloading her version for the Win Mugen without any problem, the size of the zip file it is 11.5 MB  ;D

actually she's an snk/kof-styled blaze!

well sort of going by her Bio she is a orginal character who looks like blaze and has some of her moves.

You might have to for the other versions, I think. But for the winmugen version, you can click on "download for winmugen" at the end of the post,
and on the DL page, click on the arrow head on the grey button beside the red VIP button. The other grey button that comes out will give you A-shi.

EDIT: Here's the 1.0 version link. You get it the same way.

Awesome character.
She use some animations taken from CVS Yohko.
She have an alternate mode by holding Start.
Very nice sprites! far better than the older versions of the char.
Some palettes are weird.

But this is some awesome release!!! ;D

her gameplay is awesome I like it alot but like you said ecth ALOT of debug problems holy hell they never stop going, also her damage is way to high she does over 100 for all of her normal attacks yeesh. I hope she gets updated in a positive way cause She looks cool.

Damage is high overall, true. For me, her gameplay is a bit too loose. A few invincibility frames in places it shouldn't have. Also, infinite priority everywhere.

edit:
anyways just tested her... shes as cheap as cang-long aka blaze fielding. shes broken, too many invincibles and priorities. sprite work is the only thing good. shes more like an update version of Cang-long.
