looks more like a story/ cinematic clip rather than gameplay, I wonder though why his arsenals remain the same which is outdated for his current timeline.

Might still actually be gameplay, like, some enemies would run away, and when you hit them in the legs, they try to crawl away. As for the arsenal - he's an indi Native American and an Assassin.
If I struggled to the end of my determination, to the end of my way of life with my followers, if the result is ruin, then this ruin is inevitable. Grieve. Shed tears. But you cannot regret.

It's really gameplay just with cinematic camera angles, duh. Plus guns for this time are slow, he uses an "outdated" arsenal for stealth and efficiency. Duuuuh.

It's not gameplay.  It's part of some dumb teaser thing they're doing where if that snippet gets enough retweets and shares and shit, they'll release an actual gameplay video to go along with it.

The actual gameplay needs to be 'unlocked' via some obnoxious viral marketing bullshit.  Besides, even if that is in-engine, it's way too cinematic to be actual in-game footage.

any complain with this, stealthy, multiple shots, easy to feed, can be poisoned, no need to carry quiver?

assassin uses unconventional weapon yes, but they don't have to be an outdated ones like bow and arrows unless the mission requires to do long distance shot, same way like modern assassin doesn't always carry his sniper rifle unless it is needed for special job.

im liking the hidden blade that doubles as a dagger, since the dagger was my main weapon of choice in all previous games.

It's still gameplay, you can do that in the game, that video just has cinematic camera angles. That teaser is still gameplay but it's saying the FULL gameplay trailer isn't going to be shown until it's unlocked.

from what i've read, that is actual gameplay, just shown from a very cinematic camera angle. however you should know this is a new version of their anvil engine, which means that could very well be what combat looks like.

Do I wanna fight a bear?

Yes.

Yes I do.
If you close your eyes, your life a naked truth revealed
Dreams you never lived and scars never healed
In the darkness light will take you to the other side
And find me waiting there, you'll see if you just close your eyes.
If you just close your eyes.
If you just close your eyes.
