Attack collision boxes not working?

I'm continuing my work on my character in FF.  but now another snag.

I made him a light standing punch and it works just fine.
I have made him a medium standing punch and a jumping light kick but there is no hit detected so no damage.  The attacks basically just go right through the opponent without hurting him.

I haven't done anything different with these new attacks.  gave them attack/hit boxes and all that jazz.  I'm dumbfounded.

Note:  I'm making a guy from scratch.

Check your trigger. Animelem = 3 won't work if your red clsn is on animelem = 2

Check your hitboxes. They may not be on the sprite you think they are

hitflag = what? MAF is the most common. If it's something else you may well miss

ground.Hit.time if this is 0 it'll look like you've missed

Lastly and probably most likely. Movetype = A should be with the statetype and physics bit.

well i might be giving up on this project... main reason.

Magma Dragoon has already been created q.q this makes me sad.  Found videos of him and such.  Though I cannot find ANYWHERE to download him, the only place that should which is infantry is under reconstruction.

The MIGHT part comes in part of that from the videos i seen and from comments is that magma dragoon is a very cheap character that spams a single attack all the time.  Go watch the videos you see wha I mean!  He constantly spams haduoken or however you spell it, I never got into street fighter except to stare at chun-li and cammy white.   Maybe I would think about giving him some more melee attacks.  Or maybe make a request on it.  I seemed to be having a problem with the GIMP anyways.  I go to make the transparency purple on the sprite sheet and it comes out blue, more specifically a blue on my sprites, this is a problem I saw come up on my sprites with the green transparency, when I would put him in game Magma's beads would be transparent in spots.  Note I did not intend to use the same color, i tried to use a hot green.  It's like TRYING to color fill to a color that my sprite uses or something.
