i want to do a full game but i need the permission of the characters creators, if i cant get that, is going to be a screenpack....
some people never answer pm's or emails. as long as you give them credit here or in your readme you should be fine. i think most character creators would be happy to have their work used just as long as theyre noticed for it.
I think it would be fine if you are editing them to make them all have a similar mechanic but if you are just putting them all together then you should probably get their permission to include them.
Man, be more descriptive with your WIP thread, explain more about it since as it's now, looks more like a n00b thread in Idea Engineering showing a couple of edits and then call it as a character. I saw the video and the edits looks cool, I hope the coding would be like the sprites (personally I like that Kyle, finally someone made him for MUGEN!!)

Gameplay? Something more than a gif? Please?By the way, from the gif there's already an error: the black stripes appears only when he shoots the beams (the ones in the knees) and the ones near his waist become longer.
From the video, I'm not very confident about the comboability and gameplay aspect. It looks all rather random.
