I know she exits but my search engines give me rubbish she's the 3D rendered character by Enjuo I think, the same guy that made Kasumi for mugen.
The only Ayane I'm aware of that exists is the nude version, but she is really hard to get from what I've heard from Satou Sei. As far as non-nude versions are concerned, I don't recall any non-nude versions of her made though I may be wrong, but I haven't heard anything about it anyway. I wouldn't bother with the nude version since it isn't really worth it. I prefer my characters clothed rather than unclothed.

Heh, that's why I said I wouldn't bother with it, Bahamut. I saw an image of it myself before he posted that shot and it looked pretty grotesque in my eyes.
