And how does that throw work ? Is there an attack distance involved, or can I get caught punching his character 3 miles away ?

Doesn't change the fact some of his chars are really great and creative. His Jill, Cap. Commando (and Yoko) are great conversions of what these chars could be in CVS gameplay IMO.

I like Captain Commando so much that I got rid of the groove bars and made him stick in EX mode.

That throw code is bad. If he's going to use p2dist and stuff, he could just make the clsn the distance that is required. I wouldn't even count that as one of those irrational coding fetishes that one knows could be done differently, better, and simpler. That's just -- wrong.

People should have told him about that. =p

It's not a bug, it's a feature. It's actually a ~~nerf~~ buff to make Zangief viable in the Mugen environment.

Well, the ones that bug me the most are when characters have decent sprites, but are coded horribly, or just unfairly. Things like OGGY's Guts from Berserk, or his two G Gundam parodies. (Which are still two of the best G Gundam characters I know out there, unfortunately) Covers most D.C characters as well.

Perhaps I'm so bad I couldn't make the list?

I would say though that there is a Donkey Kong character with snes sprites by aperson98, that was a good try but overall I couldn't use it for any level of entertainment. Something about it was just bad for me? It is pixelated, has poor range, lacks frames, lacks sound details, and some other stuff there to. XP

Hah, it's sort of a surprise to me to see my old Dr. Wily character even mentioned, probably due to how old it is and the fact that I hadn't the slightest of any coding knowledge for MUGEN, so a lot of stuff was rather all over, with it being a sprite replacement. It was moreso to get a Wily character out that works to its own extent. But even then, I commend you for acknowledging the badness of it, Gill.

As far as any actual "bad" characters, there's several that I've seen in the past, in which usually it can be the case with anime characters.
