Bad experience, start again?

I had bad luck a few months ago, I downloaded a character from some spanish site and got infested with a nasty trojan that hijacked the computer, slowed it down to painfull levels and rebooted it every half-hour, luckely I got rid of it by sweeping the whole computer clean and reinstall windows again. I've missed playing Mugen, however I don't feel like catching another trojan like that again so my question would be, are there any safe sites out there that does checks on the things they put up so they won't contain any nasty suprises?

Do not visit spanish,russian,chinese websites which are badly designed,do not visit websites which have porn ads or penis enlargement ads on them.

And finally,do not visit websites which have very bad english.

As for which websites are the most reliable : Mugen Wiki,Randomselect,Mugen Infantry.
