His Fire Storm move takes 760 damage by juggling the opponent with it 3 times without any cooldowns at all.

Great stuff here overall.

A few things:
- missing fx on backdash/evade
- if timed correctly you can throw an opponent infinitely in the corner without allowing them recovery.
- if timed correctly can do the "backwards man" (move forward then shift and hold backwards quickly).

If you want my honest opinion, I'd rather have a more original sprite of bad art megaman, other than an edit of SvC Zero.

I like what you've you done with this.  It's a good interpretation of the SFxT moveset with more.

The stance looks like edited from SvC chaos's Zero to me :P amazing 8)

It's SvC Zero's body, a resized Megaman: Power Battle helmet and SvC Guile's face. :)

What about his voice? Bad Megaman has no voice at all.

yeah that's kind of a pet peeve of mine. was gonna add one myself (although it was going to be a completely unrelated voice) but eh

also that uppercut velocity looks kinda....i dunno. he just sorta goes RIGHT up there

that's because it uses a sprite sheet made for an entirely different project. mouser had nothing to do with the sprites and it doesn't reflect the coding anyway
