Updated: Axel has been updated thanks to all the comments, and advises from the fellow mugen-neers in this post!

Almost finish with the 3 main characters from the sega game bare knuckles.

If to be honest, I can't give any feedbakc on IT...
-Blaze- not tried.
-Axel- well, sprites quality is pretty not bad (except sprites with too much details- like in taunt). Animation... well... If you WILL work with it Axel will be only better. Moves- 50/50. Rising Knee looks pretty badass. I just don't see any kind in it continue. Second one is not so good. With Grand Upper no problems, but super "D, DF, F, PUNCH" not so good.
-Adam- the same prolems, but: "sprites with too much details" is TOO MUCH, you used the same body part- that's make his pretty poor animation is horrorable, sprites quality is worse (jumry parts on pants and ets.), with moves too something bad... Well, if it's early beta, I can take it. But it's close to release character... I KNOW- spriting is hard, but you heed to do a much work with him. Really much.

have you try this combo? : rising knee -> power knee -> power knee, some comment if, possible on this?

noted : Dragon wing is not so good. improve on it or take it out altogether?
noted: pixel gfx is bad for adam[look into his pants]  and axel[taunt] ... will improve on them.

-I mean you have 2 rising knee moves. And if a move without cintinue is good, a move with continue isn't so good. It just not for Axel... Analogical special in adam is fits him much better.
-Dragon Wing have potential, but his punches love to miss. Especially SHORYUKEN part.
-Adam itself not so good, as Axel. Look at your screen in your first message- and see a difference. Left one is, to be honest, not bad. Make some fixes- and here we have CvS Styled Adam. Second one is horrorable... Again the same head with same nasty shading. So, if you want to make a beautiful Adam- be focused in left one variant.

AHH. OK. I see your point on the 2 knee moves.

dragon wing need some fixing. agree.

I get what u are telling me about adam.  although  I m not trying to make a cvs adam, I will endeavor to clean up adam to get back the sega bare knuckle feel. [ maybe a cvs adam , if I clean up the sega version. :)  ]

Just tested Axel :
- Forward Jump sprites are very misaligned.
- Missing sounds when running, jumping, landing, etc.
- P2's custom state during f+Z throw looks pretty bad. Try to base it on KFM to launch P2 properly.
- Is it normal that the roll doesn't make you pass on the other side of P2 ?
- qcb+K causes debug flood.
- qcb+C on a cornered opponent can be followed by multiple juggles with s.LK for example, leading to massive damage.
- Air Whip can be performed several times in the row, so Axel ends up flying to P2 lol
- It doesn't look nice when Axel comes down to the ground after Dragon Wing. He comes back too fast and unnaturally.
- All Hypers give back power to Axel (you need to use getpower=0,0 in the hitdef).
- Typo in the readme for Grenade, it's Y+B, not A+B+C.
- Car bombardment FX really clashes with the rest of his effects. So does the katana hyper FX which you took from GGX (but it's not as bad, since it's not transparent).

Overall, the sprites are pretty good, and the use of old sounds brings back memories. Animations are fine and Axel's moves are there.
However, the gameplay lacks some polishing for now, as many moves have some visual problems due to bad physics.
This has potential ! :)

clarification/Need to clarify,
not a Typo - "Typo in the readme for Grenade, it's Y+B, not A+B+C. " Ans: ABC is the car bomb, YB is grenade or throwing knife

Axel's downloading has been updated, the link is the same as the 1st post. 
I need more criticism about BlazĂ©.....  and Adam Hunter [ besides the poor sprite graphics].
