Hello everyone
Taking a break in the chars of DBZ and OP, I bring a char from a different universe, but with the gameplay that I and many people love, which is the MVC style. The char here is Batman, the Dark Knight of DC comics.
Thanks to the incredible sprites work done by Alucard, I was able to bring this char that has a more dynamic and improved gameplay, which besides the attacks of the original char, has also an attack that was adapted directly from Injustice 1, 2 and MKvsDC, causing this char looks like a legitimate MVC char. I hope you have fun.

this character play nice but the character should be moved to the add-on and edit section its because common sense he did took the character from scruffy dragon hehehe

Pretty cool char, I really liked it.

Here, just a quick feedback.
- The backdash dust fx is misaligned, on the p1 side it appears on the upper part of the screen, on p2 side side it doesn't appear at all.
- In the Bat Revenge hyper, the enemy gets misaligned when it's grabbed, Even the Batman himself. The flashback images appear too fast, you could decrease the speed just a litte.

He only took the sprites, if that was the case then EVERY char
in the forum belongs there except original chars

This one is a bit more stable than the other version these sprites are from, so I'm glad about that.  Certainly a nice character ^..^

The sound of the Batmobile driving by stays on long after the Batmobile has left and just abruptly stops.  Maybe edit it so that it trails off once the Batmobile is off-screen.

I've always been a fan of Alucard's Batman and I haven't expected seeing it come to life via MVC-vs Style! Congrats on the release bro.

Really good job!

He is finally playing better.

But I think you should still leave a one or two stun, land mine or smoke moves... After all he is Batman, he should have smart moves for the strategy.

I second this. In fact, most of your MvC characters (Including the DBZ and OP ones) seems to have this issue. I thought this was intentional or a compatibility issue so I never reported it.

It seems the position is correct, but the way a explod's position is handled differs between Mugen 1.0 and 1.1b.

To solve this, set bindtime = 1

Hi friends, there was a little update on Batman
- the strong BAT GAPPLE (D, DF, F + strong punch) is faster, making the combo easier
- correct alignment of P2 in Hyper move "BAT REVENGE"

I did not see the alignment of the dust here appears to be normal. If they find a better position, they can send me the code right for me to make the change, but in particular, I find a detail too small to worry about, since this does not compromise the char.

Being honest, I forgot to add the little portrait made by HadeS, and I apologize. If I update something important in Batman, I promise to add it.

Generally, when the combo is long, the opponent resets in the launcher's movement. It's not something I thought of altering as this may prevent infinite combos from being made. But I'll do some testing to see what looks better in this case.

I have to say, seeing Batman given the MvC treatment excites me to no end. Hopefully this is a gateway to having a DC vs. Marvel done properly. It's essential at this point.

In fact, the Superman New52 has more moves than the classic, so it would have fewer attacks on your moveset.

Hey Kenshiro99, is there any chance that you could make a small alternate version for this Batman that uses his crouching uppercut as the launcher instead of his standing one and have it activate with Down+HP instead of Forward+HP? He plays really well, but that setup is just throwing me off a lot for some reason. If you don't feel like it I understand, but I just figured I'd ask since it shouldn't be a tough switch, I just don't know how to do it myself. None the less, thank you very much for doing Alucard's Batman some justice.

Havent been around for a while, but god damn saw this and had to comment.   I saw this batman and gave it a try.  Liked what you did for this character.  Fixed up good with the Mvc play.

So a couple of questions:
If you do superman like they asked are you gonna make an intro with him and batman?  there was two variations before when batman would face off with superman.

And when I saw this I dug my Kevin Conroy voice clips to edit this character's sound.  You guys here like to have it?
only bad thing is I have a crystal clear cut of him saying the I am vengeance, I am the night line but I can't fit it in any where for the character right now as is as the line spoken is 7 seconds long.  Too long for into or while super is being performed.
