A big part of my precedent feedback wasn't addressed, even though you fixed some things.

- No dash sound. <- Stance needs work
- Batman should jump further during Batcontact. It doesn't look realistic as it is. Plus, either the opponent should bounce on the wall, either he should fall, but not go far away and recover as it is now.
- F+P throw is strange : The opponent doesn't fall to the ground immediately, but goes horizontally a little bit before.
- F+K throw has a very bad custom state. It looks like the opponent is flying.
- Batarangs don't touch when performed close to the opponent (except when they come back).
- Batbolas is done with kick (bad command in readme).
- I noticed Batman can bounce on the wall by doing qcf : you should limit it to 1 or 2 try. I was able to stay at the top of the stage using this. Tongue
- Stun Bomb is strange. Plus, it doesn't work correctly on a cornered opponent.
- Final hit of darkknight combo HP should make the opponent bounce on the wall.
- Final hit of darkknight combo HP doesn't touch if the opponent is in the corner.
- Is it normal that we can guard the last hit of Bat kicks ?
- Bats are too big and don't move well during bat swarn.

- No CLSN during the super startup ? That's holy unbalanced. It looks misaligned on bat swarn for example.
- Crime alley vengence does WAY TOO MUCH damage for a Lv1 super.
- Crime alley vengence doesn't seem to catch the opponent perfectly on the head at the beginning.
- Dark Knight Ride has very good ideas but isn't done very well IMO. The floor sprite is bleh. Batmobile has anice shape but really needs anti-aliasing to match with Batman sprite-wise. Plus, at the end, when we see the background, Batmobile stops, shoots, but the then the piece of background we see where the opponent is is the same as the one where the batmobile just was, which is really strange.

- Crime Alley Vengence, DK Ride and Batmen all do more or less the same quantity of damage.

Well, that's all for now. I only tested normal mode, but you can see there are many things I wished were fixed. Overall, you've done some very nice job with the sprites and the ideas, but it needs a lot of work in the gameplay department.
In red, what still needs to be addressed, crossed out is what was fixed. Rest is that I haven't checked out again.

Isn't there a Juggernaut out there he could copy that from???  ;D
BTW, this Batman is just awesome. Sure it could use fine tuning, but as it is it's very good. As the updates turn up this will become a beast.

So yeah he doesn't grab the joker as a win pose anymore. He walks over and tries to pick him up, and holds nothing

Also he could use some damage reduction

cool to see you updated batman, this means i'll have to edit it again to have him play my way :P, perhaps you will reconsider doing the batmobile hyper in this fasion in the next release?

+1 if Batman starts to talk to himself and go crazy with the Zur en Arhh palette, also, it would be nice if the background effects were extra trippy too for when that palette is selected.
i think we should call it an "engine" so we don't look like total idiots because otherwise we'd be arguing about a "game" and that would be somehow "dumber" than arguing about an "engine" on the "internet" for countless hours

Not a bad char. There's still room for improvement (like timing problems in his Batmobile super or the controls for the distance after standing strong Batgrapple being reversed if Batman's standing on the right side) but very promising.

Yeah, the grab winpose is odd. Sometimes, Batman doesn't even go near his enemy, he'll just hold his hands up and his opponent magically appears in his hands... or somewhere near them, at least.

The finale when his counter-super is used as a finisher is a great idea, but the background is slightly misaligned and it takes quite some time until the round is finally considered to be over.

And while I realize that that's the whole idea behind the kryptonite suit, gameplay-wise it's rediculous if Superman and Superboy can be beaten with just one or two simple attacks. Nice glow effect though.

One MAJOR bug:

-For his supermove where he powers up and grabs the enemy when you tap any punch button, he doesn't grab and gets stuck in a frame. (I think its the QCF+ 2 kicks super?).

Other than that...amazing character! Spriting was just brilliant, and Batman happens to be one of my favorite heroes. This is probably my favorite char of '09!
