dunno why no one used this feature in mugen (because so far I never found any char with this technique)

I created a helper to add the negative penalty feature from GGXX which get's triggered when I should but besides the red explod/helper that says the "NEGATIVE PENALTY" helper I wanted to create a message in case you were playing with the CLSN boxes on so...



yes, It's not an explod, they are hitboxes without hitdefs  8), I hope more people will start using this silly trick.

What do you think about it?  :ninja:

simple, the message above the second K' it's not an explod (like the negative penalty one) but actually hitboxes without effect, so they will be able to be seen only with the hitboxes on. Think of it as a technique to give your character a special easter egg ^^

It was just an example picture, I can make the helper HI-RES to avoid the jagged edges  8)

Yeah you could, but it would be hella boring doing the message itself in the air file.

Well the main reason people don't do it is because lots of clsn's take up extra memory and processing that could be better used for playing.

If you want to do something like that. Use displaytoclipboard. It'll kick in any time someone has ctrl+D on.

yeah, I understand that, I was just talking about this new method that came out to my head last week.

People who complains about this being useless should also complain about the silly text that comes on some displaytoclipboard messages then ^^, but that's not my problem...

that text appears only when KDASH get's a negative penalty and follows him for 2 seconds, that's why I coded it like that, also it's more original than a simple clipboard text ^^
