well, here's something I did with a Benimaru I got... it's not supposed to be 100% accurated, but at least different and useful for some people (I hope)...

the standing animation looks something like this (there is also a video in my channel so you can see them ingame)

this would be the timing and sprite order in your MCM or Fighter Factory, you can also experiment with numbers, but I think it looks OK...

It's great. The arms move together in the original sprite, though. You might want to use this gif instead of the video, to make things easier.

I used a single sprite to edit the stance, didn't watch the animation...

well, if you see, it's not totally accurate, but could work for a change, you couls also edit it if you want
(because I will not edit the stand soon)

Nice sprite Nio!  :)

But maybe the movement of the right  shoulder should be more smoother

add it to a Benimaru with my recomendation, and see if you like it, I think it looks a lot better in game than tha .gifs
