Stay the f***ing away from Beppu's characters. Like Jesuszilla said...It doesn't even play like KOF and they're not in XI style. Even if he makes upgrades it doesn't corrects the gameplay but makes AI harder to beat.
The AI is easily exploitable anyway. It's not hard at all. He doesn't randomize it because he can't fucking code. I beat his Iori just by sweeping him over and over. Damn idiot tried to Oniyaki every time.
Beppu spelt "Shingo" as "Singo" I think it says a lot when you can't even spell the name of the character you are making.
SINGO KICKUI also don't download characters or stages from people who don't even know about the F12 key.

It might have been because of the AI patch, but I found it quite hilarious when my brother fought his Kula and discovered that her aerial snowflake move was not done as a projectile should be. So he could just do Venom's web throw and it would actually hit the snowflake and grab her as if she was hit by the move normally.Good old Beppu. He also happens to be an absolute master of palette making.
