I don't remember Scal's version well, I'll have to re-download it, I don't know that Iori, I'll look for it

Kamekaze, Nobuyoki made some decent ones too (thought they don´t use the MvC2 Hyper BG), Ferchogtx did SonSon, Magneto & Spider-Man (and an Iori, goodness gracious )
He asked for MvC2, not Marvel in general so that´s why I skipped it. Thought yeah is the best Wolverine without a doubt. LegendaryXM90 also did a nice Tron Bonne (thought one of his supers whiffes everytime in mugen 1.0)
For Batman, I'd prefer Cybaster's since it's the closest thing to a good Batman. (Don't know about Alucard's or other authors that made a Batman char)For Ash, though, I'd stick to Jin's. He's pretty fun to play as anyway. (Unless you don't like charge chars and like some alt modes like Dark Ash or his XIII ver, get the Ash that's made by Jin, but edited by an author that I forgot the name. ^^' )Hugo and Ibuki: GM all the way.Also for Rugal, if you like KOF try Jin's Rugal. (Also has an Alt. that's a mix between Omega and Ult. Rugal)Elizabeth... I would guess Fervicante's.
