this char is a beta, so, there is some important things yet to be done on her (I.A)

What's she has?

Full Gameset (All basic moves and comands)
Advanced melee Attacks and 2 Supers (Classic Kamehameha and Giru Shield Mode)
Basic features on DBZ characters I.E:(Fly mode, Moderate Zanzoken, Ki Charge and Fireballs\Kaiko Ha)
Basic Combos(A,A,d+A,b+A for example)
Basic System and many other things.('m bagless to detail all the rest, if you want, read the read me for more information.)




history:
Pan (パン) is the granddaughter of the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball series, Goku.
She is introduced at the end of Dragon Ball Z, and only appears in the written series for a few chapters in the Dragon Ball manga. Her role is extended into the anime series Dragon Ball GT, which takes place several years after the end of Dragon Ball Z. She is the last member to "join" the Z Fighters, as she fights along side and supports the others against the enemies within Dragon Ball GT
In her infancy, she spent a lot of time with goku, training since she could walk. When she was 4 years old, she was already regularly flying around the world, and attempting to beat her best times. Though very young, she is well trained by Goku, as she effortlessly defeats Wild Tiger, a large, muscular man, with just two punches that knock him straight into a wall during the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament.
Pan plays a major role in Dragon Ball GT. GT heavily focuses on the bond between her and her grandfather, whom Pan is very close to.


According to Akira Toriyama, his reason for never having any female Super Saiyans was that neither Pan nor Bulla had the incentive to transform, and that he never drew female Super Saiyans because he could not figure out what they would look like. The Dragon Ball GT Perfect Files implies that Pan has the potential to transform and might have become a type of Super Saiyan never seen before. As Daizenshuu explained, Pan's inability to transform was not due to the small percentage of Saiyan blood in her, as Goku Jr. still was able to despite being the grandson of the already-1/4 Saiyan Pan would reduce his to no more than one sixteenth, making him almost completely human.

There is a major inconsistency regarding Pan's age between the original dub and the Funimation dub. In the original, she is stated to be 5, while in the Funimation dub she is said to be 4. In GT, various guides state the series took place five years after the end of Z, making Pan 10 and later 11 at the end. However, the Funimation dub states it takes place ten years after, so Pan would be 14 and then 15 at the end of GT.

Feedback:
-  CLSN's need ALOT of work.
    -  CLSN's on anims are very inconsistent.
-  Pan is able to air-dash an infinite amount of times.
    -  Pan is able to air fwd-dash up off the screen.
-  Pan is able to fly off of screen.
  -  A limit should be placed on her flight's height.
- All basic attacks have infinite priority.
-  Pan should not be gaining life while charging!
-  Many of her commands are weird.  Make her commands more comfortable and familiar.

-  Some commands are wrong within the readme.  Kamehameha is actually
    -  Many other moves, name mainly supers are incorrect in the readme as well.
-  Giru could be used for more moves.  Although the "ouroboros" mode is neat, I was expecting it to play a bigger role in Pan's gameplay.
-  Most of Pan's attacks seem very underpowered IMO.

Thanks, well, there is alot of thing to be done yet, but i am very glad that someone had pointed out things i didn't notice.

- I am improving and correcting Pan CLSN, especially the crash boxes.
however, is the detail of it less severe.
There are some exceptions, which although bizarre, are somewhat necessary. Sometimes, there are DBZ characters that is too small, or have a collision box that make some of Pan's attacks not work the way i desired. 'm trying to solve many of them without having to use this feature.
but in some cases they will have some few changes depending on what I can not do.
from what i can learn, I'm pulling for the correct and coherent collisions. (at the end of everything, I'm still a little beginner, but I know from my mistakes, and I'm trying to solve them) :D

- I will Fix Pan air Dash, for 3 times(when she has less than 1500 of power) and 5 times (when she has more than 1500 of power)

-yea, i know. but there are extremely strong characters, or cheaters.
which are about 80% of DBZ chars now, or more.
but if it is deemed serious, I put more restrictions. ^^
for example, if Pan has 300 or less of life, and is also restoring power, she can resume a bit of survival to resist a bit, something that should not interfere in any fight, and make (in theory) competitive.

-Yea, there are some aspect that i will change, i will ask for neocide some opinios about it, and more people on mugengenerations to build a better gameplay.

-Sorry, T-T, Readme is Fixed.

-Yea, i planned some things for Giru. For Example, Poru Attack Mode/ And Giru Shield Mode, and give a new attack (Trap Flight( UP, Back)). 
 i will also work on others things on him, when i get time:
Giru Will Help on Pan sometimes, or make some synchronism with some moves.
On games, giru appear more on especials. on the series, on DBGT Transformation, Giru helps her every time.
on the series, giru is more a support, than fighter. i will make a mix of that.
Giru will have more feautures, but, most of it, will be probaly on a 1.5 or version, or 2.0.

-I'm sorry, but I did not understand exactly what you mean by that, ... Pan's attacks Does not make any impact effect, or Because Doesn't deal great damage?

when i launch Pan 1.0, will come with these issues resolved.

Made some palettes for Pan earlier based on:

Grandpa Goku, Grandma Chi Chi, Father Gohan, Mother Videl, Baby, and Bandana less Pan (it looks surpricingly good!)

I'm at the university now so I can't show the palettes yet. Sorry. :(

- c.LK is an infinite all by itself.
- Robot could get a little floating up/doiwn motion when not moving X-wise.
- Body SMash passes through the opponent after the hit when performed very close to P2.
- Sliding Kick can be performed several times in a row on the opponent. Dunno if this is intended.
- Cannot chain from maiden elbow, which leaves Pan open as she recovers after P2.
- Why when hit during a charge move in the air (maiden start), she doesn't go in a normal hitstate ?
- Command for fly combo > zankoken combo doesn't feel natural at all.
- Giru Spin Shield is overpowered. You just need to go close to the opponent and spam basics to get up to 70+ hit combo for 500+ damage.

Very nice spritework. Overall system is fine. :)

Another thing I didn't say is that you can attack your enemy before the fight starts if you do D,DB,B,x or y, the elbow attack.
