BGM Sound Problem.

ive downloaded a couple of stages for mugen 1.0 (which i recently upped to

) and all the stages include mp3 music files.

for some reason NONE of the stages music files work in game. im assuming its not the stages but maybe a main code.

can any1 tell me what checks i should do to get the sound working?

Never give up your dreams. Go back to sleep.

Are the sound files in the correct path? Check if the files are in the path defined in the stages .def files.

If that's not the case, check the plugins in the mugen.cfg file and if MP3 playability is enabled.

yeah dude the mp3 files are in the right path sound/etcetc.mp3
and its exactly written in the stages .def files.

can u show me what it should be like in the mugen.cfg file for the sound to work? im not sure what it should look like.

There is a line in the mugen.cfg that enables or disables mp3 playback IIRC. I'm not at home at the moment but I'll show as soon as I can.
