Beakman's World is better.  :(
No, it isn't.
But I prefer it over Bill Nye.

Blasphemer.
^+1
Bill Nye isn't better than Beakman, so I disagree.

As fun as his show was you didn't need the bogus scope to see that Beakman was just clinging onto a legitimate scientist's coat tails. Plus, Bill's experiments proved more noteworthy than Beakman's shitty experiments (but won over people because of his high-energized eccentric attitude). His time would be better spent doing what he does best: producing films and puppeteering at CalArts.

Didn't poor Bill get a divorce recently?  ::)

Talk about hitting below the belt for no reason  :(

According to WP it was just an invalid marriage license and a mutual breakup. Also like Shaun said...what the FUCK has that got to do with the price of eggs?

Nuthin. Just my normal randomness is all.

Bill Nye was a cool show, but I'm trying to figure out how this will be a decent Wii game? Next release: Welch's 100% Grape Juice for the Wii.

Seriously, the Wii needs more solid titles for their lineup.  :-\

So what?
tl;dr, they had a different approach for a (slightly) different public, why even compare them?

Indeed, but that's not happening.
To be fair, this game sounds better than your average Nintendo shovelware game based in a movie or cartoon.

The base of both shows were meant to do one thing: make science fun and educational. Bill Nye > Beakman in doing it.

Wait, you think Beakman isn't better than Bill Nye and yet you prefer it over Bill Nye? ???

All the "X is better than X" comments are opinions, but i still think Beakman is better because it made it actually interesting for me.
