I know what he means. Since Mugen doesn't fit his monitor when he goes full screen it creates some black bars on the side. Something like this

What he means is that Mugen "letterboxes" the screen so that not all of his widescreen monitor is used when Mugen runs, so it appears there are black bars on both sides of the screen. In laymens terms, he and I can't get the graphical display to run "stretched."

I had Vista and this was never a problem. I had laptop problems and Enterprise was later installed. I too have the same issue.
All of your Mugen Portrait needs may be found HERE.

I'd like to report two robots on the MFG forums: One is EXShadow. The other is Saikoro.
There should be a Saikoro plugin for Photoshop.

You could edit your witdh from the mugen.cfq but I don't recommend it unless you know what you're doing. I recommend using an HD screenpack myself.

In Mugen.cfq change those 2 values:
Code:
[Config]
GameWidth = somenumberx
GameHeight = somenumbery

I have screenpack 640x480 and after changing to wide screen resolutions it cuts off bottom of the game
