Its not animated im new to editing stages just started yesterday  --;

I downloaded all of the stages and the animated ones are very good!  it seems that two stages are the same or i do not see a difference

UMK3_WaterFront_ED

Maybe for the UMK3_BPortal_ED stage you can get a blue sky and add blue background scrolling clouds and static blue moon

 The animated stages you created look better than the original

Its just that the image BG looks like it could be an animation. BTW plenty of people have animation in their first stage.
