But without advertisement, and such restrictive rules, there will be no children cartoons being aired on open TV, nor children comic books, since it won't be profitable to do them.

With that, you are pretty much soft banning them.

Also, the government that has been in power since 2002 is terrible and crashed our economy so hard. Inflation is rampant once more, economy growth is near zero and small business are struggling hard to keep afloat.
They need to be shown the boot HARD this October.

a country with as many problems as brasil has shouldnt be banning an entire class of job creating means.
this pretty much means any cartoon that is created has to subsist without advertizing itself or anything it merchandises for. Which means that you cant have, for instance, a cartoon show that promotes proper eating or a cartoon show that has toys associated.
It just kills the animation industry, who gives a fuck if they use cartoons to make marketing for a bank or a football show.

this is by far the biggest strike ANY government has done since Adolf Hitler's "Regime".
Get boycotting my friend, get the millions and start overthrowing.

Of course I am. Got crazier considering it wasn't even Adolf's mission but the Regime turning against him and making him a drug addict. During the later times it was confirmed that Adolf Hitler had one of his top doctors whip up a medicine to "heal" him so to speak. This medicine gave him "happy feelings" and vigor to boot with an addiction as a con. In short: The Doc doped his leader with Heroin.

ANYWHO, yeah, every kid shouldn't be mindless drones. Cartoons in some cases even help them out! Taking away something wonderful as this is like taking candy from a baby and marking the BABY as the thief!
I'm sorry if I'm going a bit too far on this but this is an outrage. This has to stop immediately before serious consequences show up.
