Cocaine (or any abuse of uppers) can cause a heart attack, but I think they would have found some cocaine or pills in her house.
But, if she was an abuser of uppers in the past, it would have increased her risk of a heart attack regardless. And her drastic weight loss could also have damaged her heart.
Nearly all deaths boil down to cardiac arrest, regardless of the circumstances. So we'll wait and see.

Anyway, this is why Ashton Kutcher is the biggest asswipe in Hollywood.
