Oh well. ☠Princess Rozalin is present on announcing these two in MFG yet so....I had to do it myself. Oh the Irony.

Burning Cirno: A Good Edit of Kokekoko's Cirno but doesn't have a good AI. (9) always stays a (9).
Lucario: Man sprites are ok. AI? Dunno......

Yeah. But I noticed she hasn't posted a topic about these two. She must be offline. And yeah she is a good edit of Cirno, but Fire? Ok....it's really out of her element.

Well, this Cirno kinda plays good, uses melee attacks too and I think Frule didn't edit Kokekoko's really, but used an opensource pack that contains those sprites to make a new character. I did find that pack too while lurking for videos in Nico and it was complete.

Maybe this dude knows what game they come from since I saw similar rips there:
