hey the characters I've done aren't 100% but the key is to learn from the flaws and hone your talents. Don't rush a character either. pace yourself ad your characters will be awesome. look at Bugya's Vergil for one. he's one badass example.

Next time ask me why I say certain stuff, so we can avoid misunderstandings and drama. ;)

Ok, here's some feedback.
I'm quoting some stuff you didn't fix from the beta versions:
Always use ctrl + D for debug mode. Debug flood = white messages that appear in the top left corner. Remember, always use this when you're creating and testing stuff.

- Intro animated in the .air file (and sprites are also misaligned);

- You can cancel the crouching light kick before it hits if you press the button really fast;

- the CLSNs of the "dodge forward" and "dodge backward" animations should be enlarged;
 - or you should make the throw red CLSN bigger.


- If you want to align them in the .air file you have to look at her feet, where they land etc.; but usually you don't animate the walk animations (for intros) in the .air file, you use PosAdds (and/or VelSets, whichever you prefer) and a ScreenBound sctrl.
- You can cancel the crouching light kick because in the .cmd you put "&& Time >=5"; try to increase that value, like for example 8; alternatively you could add a red CLSN in anim 430, elem 2.
- Like before, either her dodge CLSNs are small, or the grab red CLSN is small.

Here's new feedback:
- every special attack where she jumps up (like the Burning Kick or the Strong Thunder Knuckle) is coded as a standing attack, hence when hit she'll "stand on air";
- even the supermove (Emergency Combination) is a stand attack when she jumps (not in all the animation though); thus, if she gets hit while she starts jumping up she will "stand on air";
by the way, you spelled Combination wrong.
- And Burst Time has the same problems too.

the update is up everyone I tried to fix burning kick and strong thunder knuckle but it should not be a big problem now

Thanks for this new char but simetimes it is happening this after bloking an attack into air, Viper stays into air.

Some feedback here:

- Her laser attack does a little too much damage IMO.
- Her standing MP and MK do not connect with her HP and HK. Same happens with her crouching MK into crouching HK.
- Her normals sometimes do not connect with her specials.
- Her lvl 1 Emergency Combination does not combo into her lvl 2 Emergency Combination.

my feedback on the laser here is if you plan on keeping your amount of damage I would reduce the range of the laser. Fulgore from Killer Instinct has a laser attack that goes 2-3 feet in front of him and ends in an energy blast there. it would make it less spammable and open up the game for footsies.

however a damage reduction might help. I'm liking her gameplay so far.

I waited just for this update to download her for the first time lol didn't even know this was released at first but anyway
- Her laser beam doesn't hit short people while they're in neutral stance. Tested it on Rose.
- Her medium thunder knuckle doesn't hit short people like wolverine when hes in neutral stance. If thats meant to happen considering shes has a low version then disregard that.
- Her standing light punch doesn't connect on wolverine as well.
- Why does her Ex Seismic Hammer only hit mid screen? Shouldn't the width of the hitbox be bigger.
- I don't know if you had one in the earlier version but you don't have a command list in the zip/rar file.

- Standing HP and HK don't connect with specials
- Specials don't chain into supers

this is similar to sf4 c.viper I made her like that
her ex Seismic Hammer is like this in sf4
and I can't help it if she can't hit short people

@Lord M
her attacks are very weird I do not like to get her to play like that but I might add that in her EX Mode
Psycho Viper (her suit gets corrupted by Vega's Psycho energy)
but I will do this with other characters I just did not do this for her I might make a patch if I change my mind

I thought her ex seismic hammer hit close and mid range then again im not 100% sure i don't feel like checking.
Also you could increase the size of the red clsn boxes a tab bit for light punch and her laser beam. Rose is pretty tall and the laser beam couldn't even hit her stance same goes for wolverine with the light punch. If you don't feel like fixing it thats on you im just pointing out those issues.

Man since Viper does not have running sprites for now, few time ago i saw a video from SFIV anime showing a fight between Viper and E.Ryu. In that video she escaped from the fight using some kind of jet on his boots/feets. So inspired on that video i tried to do something similar with her running animation.
