Very nice stage you got here, the transitions from day to dusk to night work great. Only thing I would suggest would be to add shadows to the birds/dog as they look a bit out of place without them (particularly in the daytime). This one's definitely a keeper.
yeah the timing on your stage when become night time and I did dig the way u added puppy too but I am not gonna lie but your stage look a bit like this stage here from Super Cosplay War Ultra.

This really is a great stage, and a definite keeper to me. You've done a wonderful job with the transitions, and I love how life takes place and lights turn on as night comes.I also laughed at Miku Airlines and Obama plane. The only thing that could make it even cooler would be to have the day come back after the night, and the whole cycle going all over again. But yeah, the stage is already kinda complex as is.

Okay, what is this I'm reading about this stage being from SCWU?It's IN the game but it's not FROM there.It's actually one of the stages Enterbrain supplied with FM2nd.Nonetheless, it's great to see it finally converted.Now someone get me Second Heat characters and I'm good~ *shot*
